Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026. These terms explain how Creativo Developers works with clients. The individual quote and agreement for your project is the final agreement for that project.

1. Services

Creativo Developers builds websites, online stores, Android and iOS apps, and software and systems, including billing, stock, booking and order systems, WhatsApp ordering and admin panels, plus domain and hosting setup and support.

2. Quotes

Prices are not listed on this website. Every project gets an individual quote based on what you need. A quote is valid for the scope written in it. Extra work outside that scope may need a new quote.

3. Payment

Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated in your individual quote and agreement. Work normally starts after the agreement and the advance payment stated in the quote.

4. What we need from you

Please provide your business details, text, images and any other content on time, and confirm that you have the right to use content you supply. Delays in content or feedback can move delivery dates.

5. Delivery and changes

We will share your project for review before final delivery. Reasonable changes inside the agreed scope are included as stated in your quote. Final files or launch normally follow full payment, as stated in your quote.

6. Your website and content

After final delivery and full payment, the website or system built for you is for your business use as stated in your agreement. You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your own logins safe.

7. Fair use

Our work, samples and this website are for genuine business enquiries. Please do not copy, resell or misuse our designs, code or sample projects without written permission.

8. Liability

We build your project with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee sales, search rankings or business results, because those also depend on your market, content and other factors outside our control.
